TERMS & CONDITIONS
When booking and paying your deposit, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. Please read through all of the below carefully, before making a non-refundable deposit.
BOOKING
I have a minimum spend of 4 adults including the bride. If there is a change in the numbers after the deposit has been paid, a reduction in price will not occur and the full quoted price will still be required to be paid in full.
TRAVEL
I travel absolutely anywhere, however a small fee will be required to cover the cost of my petrol. Please let me know the address of where you will be getting ready and I will work out a cost for this. Please state at this stage if you will be moving location during the wedding morning, or if I would have to pay for parking as this may incur additional travel costs. I do also ask that if the location of where you are getting married is above an hour and a half from myself, I kindly ask for accommodation for one nights stay prior to your wedding day, if you have a room available where you are getting ready this would be absolutely perfect. Or alternatively I can book the accommodation myself to save time on your behalf and I just kindly ask for a £100 fee to cover the cost of my hotel and food for the night prior.
For brides getting married abroad, please state this and I will send you all relevant information.
TRIALS
All trials take place at my home studio in High Green, Sheffield - daytime Tuesday to Thurs-day. Once your booking has been secured please contact me to book in your trial, this is usually advised to take place 2-3 months prior but do not panic if you would like this closer to your date, just pop me a message over and i will see if i can accomodate this. If you are overseas, please do not worry we can discuss this in depth over message.
ALLERGIES
& HEALTH
CONCERNS
Please inform me at the time of booking if anyone in the bridal party has any known allergies to any cosmetic products. I am not liable for any allergic reactions.
Please notify me if anyone in the bridal party has any cold sores/contagious infections on the wedding day. I reserve the right to refuse treatment. If the client has a cold sore I do advise them to provide their own lip products. If needs be, a sample test of makeup can be performed on the skin to test reaction, I recommend a trial for this reason.
All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised between every makeup application.
DEPOSITS
& CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure your date which is then taken from the final amount. I require payment in full one month prior to your wedding date. If you cancel within 28 days of the wedding the full balance will be charged. If a cancellation is made within 4 months, half of the balance must be paid.
Cancellation of the booking by myself will result in a refund of 100% of costs paid by the client. If I am unable to make your wedding date I will fry to find you an alternative makeup artist whom I highly recommend of similar style. They will receive all of the notes and images from your trial.
MAKEUP
ASSISTANT
Dependant on the time you get married I will advise If I require any additional help on the wedding morning. Either I can source this for you as l often have help to do weddings and know of artists with a very similar style. However if you have someone in mind this isn't a problem, please just let me know.
POSTPONEMENT
OR DATE CHANGE
If you have to postpone your wedding date please let me know as soon as possible so that I can check my availability, I will work with you the best I can to move your booking.
If unavailable for your new date, the deposit is non-refundable and this will also apply to any work already carried out eg your trial. If you also paid your final payment before your postponed, again this is non-refundable. If you postpone your wedding date to a different year an additional cost may incur to be inline with price increases for that year.
INSURANCE
I am not liable for any suppliers that I recommend. Any assisting makeup artists will be required to have the relevant insurance.
I may ask to photograph you at your trial and on your wedding day, the images may be used on social media and for my portfolio. Please state when enquiring if you would not like any photos to be taken or used for marketing.
